A new entertainment venue in West Columbia is preparing to open its doors, and hiring more than 140 employees ahead of its launch.
WesCo Brew & Bowl will host open interviews June 4-12 as the 44,000-square-foot entertainment center gears up to open to the public later this year.
Interviews will be held daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the venue, located in the Cayce Crossing Shopping Center at the former Piggly Wiggly site.
The facility will feature bowling, dining, virtual reality attractions, interactive darts, arcade games and outdoor gathering spaces. Officials say the venue is designed to bring a new entertainment option to the Midlands with a mix of food, drinks and family-friendly activities.
The business is hiring for positions across several departments, including restaurant and attractions hosts, servers, bartenders, cooks, dishwashers, technicians and an events and marketing coordinator.
While experience is preferred for many roles, it is not required, according to organizers.
The venue is located near the intersection of Charleston Highway and Fish Hatchery Road, less than a mile from both Interstate 26 and Interstate 77.
Applicants attending interviews are asked to bring a valid photo ID.
More information about the venue and available positions can be found at WesCo Brew & Bowl.
