Partners Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agency for 801 Travis, a 21-story, 222,192-square-foot building in downtown Houston. The building ownership changed hands in August.
At the corner of Rusk and Travis Streets in Houston’s Central Business District, 801 Travis is connected by tunnel and sky bridge to the JW Marriott Downtown Houston Hotel, located adjacent to 801 Travis. The hotel provides 801 Travis tenants with access to its amenities, including the fitness center and event spaces, concierge services, the Main Kitchen restaurant, and the full-service Spa by JW.
The Building offers direct access to Houston’s 6-mile tunnel system, providing a variety of walkable retail and dining options, including Understory in the Bank of America Tower and Finn Hall at Jones on Main.
Building ownership is currently in talks to upgrade 801 Travis with enhancements, while introducing modern amenities.
The leasing efforts for 801 Travis will be led by Partners’ Office Agency Leasing broker and Diana Bridger.
