The Philadelphia Business Journal has hired Jonathan Diamond as its assistant business editor.
He previously was the business editor at the Houston Chronicle since November 2022. Philadelphia is his hometown.
He first joined the Chronicle in January 2019 and was responsible for Texas Inc., working with reporters and freelancers to come up with into trends and personalities important to the Houston business community.
Diamond was previously the editor in chief of the Los Angeles Business Journal. He was also West Coast editor of CoStar News,
He has a master’s degree in public policy from UCLA and a bachelor’s in journalism from Boston University.
