Phoenix Tower International (PTI) to announce that the company has successfully completed the acquisition of Infracos, the joint venture between Bouygues Telecom and SFR, which manages around 3,700 mobile sites in moderately populated areas across France.
Through this strategic investment, PTI’s French portfolio now includes nearly 10,000 sites nationwide, including firmly committed build-to-suit (BTS) deployments.
Pro forma for this transaction and contractually agreed deployments, PTI will own and operate over 33,000 telecommunications towers across Europe, the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
