SALT LAKE CITY — Jeff’s Bagel Run, the fast-growing bagel concept known for its scratch-made hot bagels, freshly whipped spreads, and craft beverages, has signed a seven-unit area development agreement with Utah-based Rise Harvest, the multi-brand franchise holding company founded by Jacob Webb and April Miller. The agreement grants Rise Harvest exclusive development rights across Salt Lake, Davis, and Weber counties, marking Jeff’s Bagel Run’s debut in Utah and its next major expansion into the Mountain West.
Rise Harvest plans to develop a minimum of 15 Jeff’s Bagel Run locations across the territory. The company’s first Utah location is currently in development, with additional details to be announced.
Webb founded Rise Harvest in 2013 and has grown the company into a 28-location, three-brand operation across the Mountain West. Miller, who serves as Chief Operating Officer, joined Rise Harvest in 2019 and brings more than 25 years of above-store franchise leadership, including an extensive tenure with Pizza Hut. Both are Utah residents with deep ties to the communities where Rise Harvest operates.

With 46 franchise agreements signed and units in active development, Rise Harvest brings an established operational infrastructure and a track record of disciplined multi-brand growth to the partnership.
