The full card for Netflix’s first MMA event headlined by Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano has been finalized.

ESPN’s Andreas Hale reported that eight fights have been added to the card promoted by Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions, including former UFC heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos returning to MMA for the first time since 2022 to face current Karate Combat heavyweight champion Robelis Despaigne.

“I’m so excited to be fighting again. Fighting is my greatest motivation, the type of challenge that feeds my soul,” Dos Santos said in a statement, per Hale. “MVP is the type of promotion the fighting world was needing. The possibilities with them are endless, and that inspires the fighters to give the fans what they are wanting to see. As always Brazil and all JDS fans around the world will be well represented on Saturday, May 16th live on Netflix. I can’t wait for it. Let’s go.”

These eight fights are joining the three fights that were already announced for the May 16 card at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles: Rousey vs. Carano, Francis Ngannou vs. Phillipe Lins, and Nate Diaz vs. Mike Perry.

In addition to Dos Santos joining the card, the event will also feature former Bellator welterweight champion Jason Jackson facing veteran contender Lorenz Larkin, KSW lightweight champion Salahdine Parnasse going up against Kenneth Cross and undefeated flyweight Muhammad Mokaev taking on three-time ONE flyweight world champion Adriano Moraes.

The rest of the undercard will see Aline Pereira, younger sister of two-division UFC champion Alex Pereira, facing Jade Masson-Wong in a 130-pound catchweight bout, Namo Fazil meeting Jake Babian in a welterweight fight, David Mgoyan taking on Albert Morales in a featherweight contest and Chris Avila, Diaz’s longtime training partner, going up against an opponent to be determined.

“We are continuing to prove that MVP and Netflix can create blockbuster live experiences that bring together fans and fighters from everywhere to create the biggest nights in sport,” Paul and MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian said in a joint statement. “This is what we do.”
