A company originally based out of Northwest San Antonio has expanded for the first time with the opening of its new design center on the Hill Country Mile.

Bumble Bee Blinds opened a design center in Boerne at 170 S. Main St., Ste. 207 in January, Matt Wigle, the president of of Bumble Bee Blinds of Northwest San Antonio and Boerne, told Community Impact.
The business sells curtains, blinds and shades for windows. Wigle said the facility will serve local interior designers and homeowners.
“We’re focused on providing interior designers a place to come look at window treatment options,” Wigle said.
Bumble Bee Blinds is also appointment only and also offers installation and cleaning services, according to the business’s website.
