PHOENIX — Shoppers may notice some new businesses at the Scottsdale 101 shopping center.
That’s because two tenants rebranded, one restaurant recently opened and a wellness center and another restaurant will open soon, according to YAM Properties, which manages the shopping center.
“Each of these tenants elevates the experience for guests of one of our most popular shopping destinations,” Marta Kenny, the director of operations at YAM Properties, said in a recent announcement.
The shopping center sits on the southwest corner of the Loop 101 Freeway and Scottsdale Road. It sits on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale.
What new businesses are opening at the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center?
One of the most highly anticipated businesses opening is The Henry, a growing neighborhood restaurant concept that will open its third Valley location at the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center in summer 2026. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant will replace a space formerly occupied by a Denny’s, which was demolished so The Henry could be built from the ground up.
Next year, Augment Wellness is also opening at the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center. Cold plunges, compression therapy, infrared sauna and red light therapy are some of the unique wellness treatments guests can buy when visiting the state-of-the-art facility.
Another restaurant recently opened at the center: Rodizio Grill, an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. It offers over a dozen rotisserie-grilled meats that are carved tableside.
The center previously housed a restaurant called Coconuts Fish Café. While the island eats are still there, the restaurant has rebranded as the Maui Fish House. It serves authentic Hawaiian food, including coconut shrimp, fish tacos and poke bowls.
If all that eating works up an appetite, guests can enjoy bowling, air hockey, ping pong and other activities at the Lucky Strike entertainment center. Previously known as Bowlero, the recently rebranded venue offers 36 bowling lanes, a lounge area and a sports bar.
“Partnering with these businesses reflects our commitment to cultivating a diverse mix of retail, dining and entertainment options,” Kenny said.
The Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center at 7000 E. Mayo Boulevard offers dozens of specialty shops, big box stores and restaurants, as well as a Harkins Theatres Cine Capri.
