PHOENIX — LevRose Commercial Real Estate recently sold an office building in Scottsdale for $9.75 million, it announced Thursday.
Ventura Gateway is a flagship, multi-tenant building that is located off Pima Road and Via de Ventura, within McCormick Ranch.
“This was a highly sought-after asset, and we’re grateful to have earned the trust of both the buyer and seller throughout the process,” LevRose Partner Jason Reddington said in an announcement. “Ventura Gateway is exceptionally positioned, and this sale highlights the enduring appeal of McCormick Ranch.”

Ventura Gateway is 52,583-square-foot building that sits on a 3.33-acre lot.
The building’s location offers access to a number of amenities, including restaurants, retail hubs, Salt River Fields and Great Wolf Lodge. It also provides good visibility as there are 192,000 daytime employees within a 5-mile radius of Ventura Gateway.
In addition, the office building caters to office users by only offering small floor plates.
