1. LaserAway

Beauty clinic LaserAway opened a new location in Highland Village in late March, a company representative said.

The company offers several beauty treatments, including laser hair removal, Botox injections, tattoo removal and scar removal, according to the company website.

LaserAway operates several locations in North Texas, including locations in Grapevine, Plano, Frisco and Prosper, per the website. The business opened its first location in California in 2005, and now operates more than 200 clinics in the United States.

2. Gen Nail Salon

Gen Nail Salon is now open in the Harvest Town Center, offering manicure and pedicure services.

Pedicure services can include a hydrating mask, waxing, hot stones, a spa soak or massage, according to Gen Nail Salon’s website.

Manicure services can include wax treatment, hot towel wrap, a lotion massage, gel polish or gel french tips, per the salon’s website.

Guests can also try dipping powder or nail designs.

Refreshments including coffee, soda, boba tea and cocktails are also available.

3. J. Crew Factory

A new clothing store, J. Crew Factory, is coming to The Shops at Highland Village.

The store sells a selection of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and accessories. J. Crew Factory also sells swimwear, according to its website.

The company plans to occupy a little over 4,000 square feet within the shopping center. The cost of renovations for the store is around $614,000, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Construction is set to begin in early June and be completed in August, per the filing.

Relocations

4. Youngblood Wealth Management

Private wealth management firm Youngblood Wealth Management at LPL Financial moved to a new location after 15 years of business in Flower Mound.

Youngblood Wealth Management provides financial advice to business owners and individuals, according to its website. Employees will help clients with investing, insurance, financial planning, retirement, family wealth and trusts, and concentrated stock positions.

The company moved to a new, larger location because of staff and business growth, said Nicole Youngblood, the business’ marketing spokesperson.
