The Houston attraction posted to social media Monday about the closure, with information for people who had reservations or tickets.
HOUSTON — If you were planning to take a trip to Space Center Houston on Tuesday, you may want to make other plans.
That’s because the attraction posted to social media on Monday that they would be closed because of a water main break.
“Our priority is the safety and well-being of our guests and crew members, and we are prepared to take the necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment,” Space Center Houston said in a release.
According to the post, all tours, camps and events that were to happen on Tuesday have been canceled. If you had reservations, Space Center Houston said to email them at reservations@spacecenter.org to see what options you have. If you bought tickets for the day, they’re good for a year. And for scheduled events or tours, they ask that you call them at 281-283-4755 with any questions.
Space Center Houston said they’ll post updates on their social media pages as well as on the Space Center Houston website.
