Surf Air Mobility Inc. said it is seeing tangible gains in efficiency from the technology it has been implementing.
SurfOS is its artificial intelligence-enabled software for the private aviation and air mobility industries.
Palantir Technologies AIP and Foundry platforms power SurfOS.
Per the company, “SurfOS aims to integrate the fragmented air mobility ecosystem into a unified operating system to improve efficiency, reliability, and profitability across the industry.”
From Q4 2024 to Q3 2025, Surf Air achieved “measurable improvement” in its on-demand private jet charter.
It credits the internal adoption of SurfOS tools.
Its BrokerOS resulted in:
- 36% reduction of On Demand team expenses since adopting SurfOS, generating higher revenues for less cost
- 197% increase in bookings per broker
- 14% decrease in quote-to-booking time
- 75% increase in on-platform transactions
Surf Air has recently directed $26 million in new equity from its $100 million issuance to fund SurfOS development and commercialization.
It also enabled Surf Air to regain compliance with NYSE minimum market capitalization and stockholders’ equity requirements last month.
The SurfOS’s flagship products are BrokerOS, OperatorOS, and OwnerOS.
