ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A popular drive-thru soda-fountain chain, known for its “dirty soda,” is coming to metro Atlanta.
Swig, which was founded in Utah in 2010, is making its debut in Brookhaven late next summer, company officials confirmed.
The news was first reported by Tomorrow’s News Today, who says Swig is replacing a McDonald’s that is closing Oct. 11 in the Cambridge Square shopping center off Ashford Dunwoody Road.
Swig has nearly 150 locations across the country, but this will be a first in Georgia. They are known for their soft drinks mixed with a variety of flavors and creams. They also serve pretzel bites and a variety of cookies.
