The backstory
Owner Taylor Livoti is a former Division I volleyball athlete and educator who launched her personal training and nutrition coaching business from her two-car garage, as previously reported by Community Impact. Through referrals, the business has since outgrown the space, prompting Livoti to open a physical storefront.
What they offer
The business offers personal training and nutrition coaching, as well as strength, full-body HIIT, mat Pilates and yoga classes. Livoti previously said her business focuses on helping clients build strength, confidence and sustainable habits.
