Officials with barbecue catering and mobile food truck Texas Cut announced they will be opening the business’s first brick and mortar location in Spring this summer.

Sharing a space with Spring Liquor, Texas Cut will begin serving up a variety of smoked and grilled meats in early August, per a social media announcement from the company. The new location will only offer counter and pick-up services from 1-7 p.m. with no indoor seating available yet, business owners said.

Texas Cut was founded as a mobile catering and food truck company specializing in barbecue with Tex-Mex flavors, including:
- BBQ sandwiches
- Brisket
- Chicken halves and quarters
- Smoked quesadillas
- Wings
