The hotel’s interiors, crafted by award-winning BHDM Design, reflect the energy of the Financial District, with bold curves, ribbed patterns and vibrant red and gold accents. Sustainable features, including eco-friendly bath products, LED lighting and refillable water stations, align with the property’s forward-thinking design.

M Social Downtown in Manhattan’s Financial District. It provides guests with direct access to New York’s corporate hub, growing residential scene and dynamic dining and social experiences. This makes it a nice choice for business travelers, corporate groups and urban explorers.

At the heart of the property, the lobby doubles as a communal hub for live music, pop-ups, and cultural events. The signature restaurant, Beast & Butterflies, delivers a modern Spanish tapas experience with craft cocktails—a perfect spot for networking dinners or group celebrations.
