Women’s strawweight contenders meet in the main event on Saturday at UFC Fight Night: Lemos vs. Jandiroba. Amanda Lemos (14-3-1) is ranked third in the division and has had a prolific UFC career, landing the second-most knockouts in the history of the UFC women’s strawweight division. Her opponent, Virna Jandiroba (20-3-0), is ranked No. 5 after winning three straight bouts, all via unanimous decision. UFC Fight Night: Lemos vs. Jandiroba has an action-packed main card (8 p.m. ET) that will take place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

Despite the lower ranking, Jandiroba is the slight -130 favorite (risk $130 to win $100) in the latest UFC Fight Night odds, with Lemos the +110 underdog. A pair of featherweight bouts are also on the main card in Bill Algeo (-175) vs. Doo ho Choi (+145) and Steve Garcia (-160) vs. Seung Woo Choi (+135). Before locking in any UFC Fight Night: Lemos vs. Jandiroba picks, make sure you see the MMA predictions and betting advice from SportsLine expert Daniel Vithlani.

From breaking down film and following fighters and their camps closely, to tracking sharp action and betting market signals, Vithlani covers the breadth of the MMA betting landscape top to bottom. He also trains amateur boxers and speaks regularly with MMA fighters to understand the sport’s nuances.

Vithlani made his SportsLine debut in January 2023 and swept the main card for UFC 283 with a 5-0 record and has been a consistent winner ever since. Over the past 13 UFC pay-per-view events, Vithlani has gone 10-6 on main-event picks and his main-card selections in that span have netted his followers a profit of more than $1,200.

His highlights include predicting an upset for Sean O’Malley (+210) against Aljamain Sterling (-250) at UFC 292 as part of a 4-1 main card and his UFC 299 winners included underdog selections on Dustin Poirier (+190) against Benoit Saint Denis (-230) and Michael Page (+110) against Kevin Holland (-130). Anyone who has followed him has seen massive returns.

Now, with UFC Fight Night: Lemos vs. Jandiroba on deck, Vithlani has studied the card from top to bottom and released his top selections. You can only see his picks and analysis at SportsLine.

Top UFC Fight Night picks

We’ll share one of Vithlani’s UFC Fight Night predictions here: He is backing Kaynan Kruschewsky (-135) to get his hand raised against Kurt Holobaugh (+110) in a lightweight bout. Holobaugh (21-8-0) is in his third UFC stint, and the first two haven’t gone well. While he sports a 20-3 record outside of the Octagon, he’s gone just 1-5 in the UFC. While he has a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighting style, it could be neutralized by Kruschewsky’s own grappling style as the latter is 9-0 in his MMA career in submission finishes.

Kruschewsky also has a Muay Thai background, and that’s been evident in recent victories. He can beat an opponent in many different ways from a standing position and has knockouts via punch, via punches and leg kicks, and via knees and punches in his last three KO victories. He’s suffered just one defeat over the last five years and also has physical advantages over Holobaugh with a 3-inch reach advantage and a 4.5-inch leg reach edge. See who else to back here.

How to make UFC Fight Night picks

Vithlani has strong picks for Lemos vs. Jandiroba and other bouts on the UFC Fight Night card. He’s also backing an underdog to get a finish and put their opponent “away inside the distance.” Those picks are only available at SportsLine.
