The Los Angeles Dodgers are stepping up their sneaker game just in time for the MLB postseason.

The baseball team has teamed up with Vans for a new footwear collection, available beginning Friday, Oct. 9, through neighborhood footwear retailer WSS (Warehouse Shoe Sale). The collaboration brings together two Southern California staples, putting a Dodgers-inspired spin on Vans’ signature skate shoes.

The collection features two of Vans’ most recognizable silhouettes: the Sk8-Hi and Skate Era, both reimagined in the Dodgers’ signature blue-and-white color palette. The designs incorporate the team’s iconic interlocking “LA” logo, Dodgers script, checkerboard detailing and baseball-inspired red stitching, along with a distressed finish that gives the sneakers a worn-in look.

The high-top Sk8-Hi, which retails for $140, features a bold blue-and-white design that combines Vans’ signature side stripe with Dodgers branding. Meanwhile, the low-top Skate Era, priced at $120, offers a more understated option for fans looking to incorporate their team pride into everyday outfits.

The collaboration arrives as the Dodgers compete in the MLB postseason, offering fans an alternative to traditional game-day jerseys and baseball caps. The release also marks the latest chapter in Vans’ longstanding relationship with the MLB The California footwear brand previously teamed up with the Dodgers for a limited-edition collection in 2010, featuring three Vans Vault silhouettes released to coincide with the team’s home opener. The two reunited in 2016 and 2017 for MLB collections, with the latter featuring Dodgers-branded versions of the Authentic and Sk8-Hi sneakers.

The Dodgers have also increasingly made their mark in the streetwear world. Earlier this year, the team joined forces with Los Angeles-based brand Undefeated and Converse for a limited-edition Chuck 70 sneaker, featuring Dodger Blue faux ostrich leather and co-branded detailing. The collaboration included separate designs honoring the team’s Los Angeles and Brooklyn roots.

The Dodgers x Vans collection is available to shop beginning Oct. 9 at WSS, including the Dodgers Sk8-Hi, which retails for $139.99.
