Joe Rogan knew what he was talking about when he called surging Muay Thai phenom, Asadula Imangazaliev, one of the most feared strikers in the world right now. That’s because Imangazaliev just iced another Muay Thai legend at ONE Friday Fights 147 earlier today (Fri., Mar. 20, 2026) in Bangkok, Thailand.

Earlier this week, Rogan made it a point to call out Imangazaliev during a recent episode of his Joe Rogan Experience podcast alongside UFC legend Dustin Poirier. Rogan gushed over Imangazaliev and his elite striking ability, despite being just 22 years of age. Most casual fight fans don’t know who Imangazaliev is, but they likely looked him up after Rogan’s rave review.

On Friday, Imangazaliev had a chance to show why Rogan is in love with his game. While the Russian phenom missed weight and was ineligible to win the ONE flyweight Muay Thai title he still put together one of his best outings yet. Imangazaliev was matched up against 336-fight legend Nong-O Hama, who defended ONE’s bantamweight Muay Thai title eight-straight times from 2019-2023.

Imangazaliev, who brought an undefeated 11-0 record with him into the ring on Friday, left little to the imagination. The Dagestani striker needed just over one round to land a massive left hook that put Nong-O to sleep and left the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in shock. It’s Imangazaliev’s fourth-straight knockout finish and another example of how good the young Muay Thai star really is.
