SAN ANTONIO – A woman with prior theft convictions faces new charges after being arrested for stealing meat at a local HEB.
According to an affidavit, On August 2, 2023, an HEB Loss Prevention Officer witnessed Nicole Aparicio,38, enter the HEB store with a baby stroller. Loss Prevention observed Aparicio selecting meat products and placing them in the stroller. She then allegedly waited near the exit until a moment when store employees were not monitoring the doorway and exited the store without paying for the concealed merchandise.
The affidavit states the value of the stolen items to be approximately $158.
