Gable Steveson made short work of Kevin Hein in his second MMA fight.
Steveson scored a 24-second KO over Hein in the main event for APFC 21, a promotion run by former UFC champion Anthony Pettis. Steveson caught Hein with a left hand as he changed levels and scored a takedown.

Steveson is now 2-0 in his MMA career, previously defeating Braden Peterson by TKO in 1:38.
In his post-fight interview, Steveson mentioned UFC matchmaker Mick Maynard, setting his sights on the UFC. Steveson mentioned Maynard after his first victory.
Steveson also has a victory in Dirty Boxing, but that fight doesn’t count on his MMA record.
Gable Steveson, a 2020 Olympic gold medalist, returned to Minnesota in 2024-25 for his final year of college eligibility. He suffered an upset loss to Wyatt Hendrickson in the final match of the season at the NCAA Wrestling National Championships.
Steveson’s resume includes two national championships, two Dan Hodge Trophy wins, and five All-American honors.
He was a training partner for Jon Jones ahead of Jones’ fight against Stipe Miocic.
He was in the WWE system from 2021 to 2024, but he only wrestled one televised match.
