Ziosk Opens State-of-the-Art Service Center in Greater Dallas

New Plano, Texas, facility significantly expands product capacity and enhances capabilities to better serve hospitality partners

Ziosk, the pioneer of pay-at-the-table and a leading digital hospitality platform for restaurants, today announced the opening of a new, state-of-the-art Service Center in Plano, Texas, representing a significant investment in the Company’s operational infrastructure. The new Service Center is designed to manage higher product volumes, speed up operations, and support future growth, enabling Ziosk to deliver exceptional service to its growing base of leading restaurant operator partners.

All Ziosk products, including the Ziosk Mini, Ziosk Drop & Pay™, and Ziosk Pro Server Tablet, will be distributed through the new Service Center, which will employ 20 workers based in the greater Dallas region.

“At every stage of our growth, we’ve focused on investing in technology, people, and processes that allow us to deliver a better restaurant experience,” said Rhonda Levene, CEO of Ziosk. “This new facility marks a major milestone in our journey. We are excited to build on our current momentum to serve our growing list of incredible operator partners. The need for technology solutions that help foster impeccable guest experiences is greater than ever, and we are proud to work with partners who are eager to adopt digital hospitality that delivers actionable intelligence and makes a real impact on their business.”

With increased capacity and an optimized design, the 16,000-square-foot Service Center will support the company’s future growth on a global scale. The Plano-based facility is three times larger than Ziosk’s previous location and features autonomous working lines, allowing the company to significantly accelerate processing speeds and quadruple its current product capacity. Additionally, an on-site hardware and software testing center will help ensure product reliability.

With this new facility opening, Ziosk continues to reinforce its leadership in the restaurant technology category, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to providing fast, reliable service solutions for global restaurant operators.
