Super Bowl LIX on FOX is a few weeks away, as the Big Game kicks off on Feb. 9 at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Now that the conference title matchups are set, let’s check out the latest Super Bowl odds via DraftKings Sportsbook as of Jan. 21.

Philadelphia Eagles: +180 (bet $10 to win $28 total)
Kansas City Chiefs: +240 (bet $10 to win $34 total)
Buffalo Bills: +260 (bet $10 to win $36 total)
Washington Commanders: +650 (bet $10 to win $75 total)
The Lions were the top seed in the NFC after a Week 18 win over Minnesota, and the playoffs opened with them atop the oddsboard.
But Detroit fell to the Commanders 45-31, ending the team’s promising playoff run.
Now there’s a new favorite, and that new favorite is Philadelphia.
After the Eagles defeated the Rams in the divisional round 28-22, behind 205 rushing yards and two touchdowns from Saquon Barkley, they moved into the top spot.
“Do I think Philly can ‘Run, Eagles, Run,’ to the Super Bowl? I do,” former Pro Bowl quarterback Matt Hasselbeck said on “The Herd” after Philadelphia’s divisional round win. “But they do need more out of their passing game.”
Second on the board are the reigning champion Chiefs at +240.
They defeated Houston in the divisional round 23-14 and will play in the AFC title game for the seventh consecutive season. Kansas City hosts the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
Speaking of the Bills, they are right behind the Chiefs in Super Bowl futures at +260. They defeated the Ravens in a thrilling contest that ended with Buffalo on top 27-25.
Finally, Washington has the longest Super Bowl odds at +650, surging from +2800 after defeating the Lions.
Die-hard Commanders fan and NBA star Kevin Durant expressed his excitement after Washington took down Detroit.
“That’s the biggest win since I’ve been a Commanders fan.”
