Following the Jaylen Waddle trade last month, the Denver Broncos do not hold first- or third-round picks in the 2026 NFL draft.
The Broncos do hold a second-round pick (No. 62 overall) and a pair of fourth-round picks (Nos. 108 and 111). We’ve put together a quick list of five dream targets for the team’s early selections. Some of those players are unlikely to fall to No. 62, but Denver could, in theory, move up in the second round by packaging one of their fourth-round picks (view our pick trade value chart for reference).
Broncos fans should be thrilled if the team comes out of the draft with at least one of these prospects.
5 dream prospects for Broncos
1. Oregon G Emmanuel Pregnon (6-4, 314 pounds): One of the top guards in the draft, Pregnon might go off the board before pick No. 62. Broncos GM George Paton has not ruled out the possibility of trading up in the second round, and Pregnon could be one of the potential targets.
2. Georgia LB CJ Allen (6-0, 230 pounds): Allen earned first-team AP All-American and first-team All-SEC honors last season. He was also a finalist for the Butkus Award, given to college football’s best linebacker. Some mock drafts have him falling to No. 62.
3. Notre Dame RB Jadarian Price (5-10, 203 pounds): Price probably won’t be on the board when Denver picks at No. 62, but a few recent mock drafts have predicted he will be. Price is a dynamic player who offers value as a runner, receiver and returner.
4. Vanderbilt TE Eli Stowers (6-3, 239 pounds): Stowers has been heavily linked to Denver leading up to the draft, but they might need to trade up if he’s the target. He won the John Mackey Award (given to the nation’s top tight end) last fall after totaling 62 receptions for 769 yards and four touchdowns.
5. Washington RB Jonah Coleman (5-8, 220 pounds): Coleman might be an ideal upgrade over Tyler Badie as RB3 because he’s a skilled pass blocker who offers more than Badie as a runner and as a receiver out of the backfield. Coleman scored 17 touchdowns in 2025. Unlike the other players on the list, Coleman would be a potential fourth-round target, not a candidate for the 62nd overall pick.
The 2026 NFL draft (April 23-25) will be televised on ESPN, NFL Network and ABC, all of which are available to stream on FuboTV.
