PARK CITY, Utah — June 12 is the official start of this year’s Latino Arts Festival at Canyons Village. The music starts at 4 p.m. with Cadenza String Quartet representing Bolivia. At 5 p.m. enjoy Somos Bolivia followed by Ballet Folklorico Quetzalcoal from Mexico. This award-winning group of dancers started in Illinois but now performs nationwide. Fusión Latina from Argentina leads up to the energetic rhythms of LOS WIZZARDS. This performance is bound to have you dancing. LOS WIZZARDS is a Grammy nominee for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album.  The six musicians in this band each bring unique influences from rock, electronic, and Latin traditions. Expect this band to start around 7 p.m. on the main stage.

Artists and artisans will present a wide variety of Latin American fine art and crafts and the Youth Talavera Tile Exhibit, a collective installation by Summit County students, will be unveiled at the festival.

Saturday, June 13 is programmed around the World Cup with a World Cup Game Watch Party showing the Brasil vs Morocco game at 4 p.m. Come early though. Performances start at 10 a.m. with local school dancers Corazón de Bolivia y Mexico.

The program continues with performances representing Paraguay, Mexico, Bolivia and Colombia before the World Cup Game Watch Party at the main stage.

Afterwards celebrate with the Brazuca Experience 2026 at 6 p.m. featuring Brazilian Dance, Vanessa Pizzeta, Grupo Kolaí, Salt Lake Samba, Samba Los Angeles, Maca Samba Reggae, and Brazuca Band.

The last day of the Latino Arts Festival seeks to inspire more dancing. Starting at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 14, experience Zumba with Julieta Gesualdo, Nican Axcan at 12:30 p.m., and Bafodach from Chile at 1:15 p.m. followed by Piero Gongora Marinera Studio, Miel Latina Utah and at 4:30 p.m. Senxao & The Musical Mafia representing Venezuela.

The Latino Arts Festival is sponsored by the Park City Summit County Arts Council.
