The annual Top Workplaces program, hosted in Utah by City Journals, publisher of the Salt Lake Business Journal, recognizes organizations based solely on feedback from their employees.
Winners are determined through a confidential workplace survey administered by Energage, an employee engagement technology company. The survey measures several aspects of the employee experience, including leadership, compensation and benefits, work-life balance and workplace culture. Honorees were celebrated at the Utah Top Workplaces Awards Luncheon on October 22 at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper. This year marked a new chapter for the Utah Top Workplaces program, which has recognized leading workplaces in the state since 2014 and is now hosted by City Journals.
