One River North will have 187 units for rent. Fourteen of the units are income-restricted.
DENVER — Denver’s striking new apartment community in the River North Art District has begun the pre-leasing process, and the interest is high from potential tenants to secure a spot.
One River North, under construction at 3930 Blake St. with a large chasm carved into its facade, began the pre-leasing process at the end of October. Texas-based Kairoi Residential is managing the 16-story property, which will have 187 units for rent.
Elizabeth Meyers, vice president of client experience with Kairoi Residential, called the demand at One River North so far “second to none.”
“In my eight years in this market, (there are) three or four times more interested parties than I’ve ever had opening any community in history. We’ve got thousands of interested parties,” she said.
