Ohio Athletics is seeking a graduate assistant to assist with the development of a highly competitive Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field program along with developing student-athletes as a person, student, and athlete.
Primary responsibilities: · Assist in the instruction, management, and teaching of student-athletes. · Assist with the development of and execution of meet/practice plans, coaching strategies, and teaching methods. · Assist with recruitment activities. · Assist with aspects of team travel. · Breakdown of team and opponent video. · Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required. Must be a graduate student currently enrolled in the Ohio University Master’s in Coaching Education (campus-based) academic program.
