Producers Midstream II Secures $400 Million Expanded Credit FacilityDallas-based Pickleball Concept At Fault Launches First Location in Farmers Branch

Ryde, a beverage brand that sells 2-ounce dietary supplement shots, is moving its domestic headquarters from Winston-Salem, North Carolina to Uptown. The product launched in 2023 throughout Australia and Canada and made its debut in the U.S. earlier in 2024. The company plans to hire 10 new employees in North Texas.

While the company will have its headquarters based in North Texas, the brand has its sights set on expanding statewide to Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. Ryde’s key product is its pocket-sized dietary beverage supplements designed for energy, focus, and relaxation. The beverages utilize supplements such as L-Theanine and Vitamins B2 and B7.

“Dallas is the perfect home for Ryde: as we build our national presence,” Ryde U.S. General Manager Andre Denischuck said. “Its central location, business-friendly environment, and diverse talent pool make it the ideal place to anchor our U.S. operations. The city’s booming economy and strong infrastructure give us the foundation to grow sustainably and stay competitive in the wellbeing market. We’re excited to join a community that shares our energy and ambition, and we look forward to making a positive impact here.”

Currently, Ryde is available nationwide on Amazon and all Central Market locations, as well as 7-Eleven locations throughout North Texas. It has cracked into 350 storefronts statewide.

Producers Midstream II Secures $400 Million Expanded Credit Facility

Producers Midstream II, a portfolio company of Tailwater Capital with a focus on providing a full suite of midstream solutions to operators across the U.S., has secured an expanded credit facility of $400 million led by multiple entities.

“With this facility, Producers Midstream is well-positioned to advance critical infrastructure projects and expand our operational presence in key regions, targeting increased drilling activity in the Bone Springs, Wolfcamp, and Penn Shale formations in the Delaware Basin, the Eastern Permian Basin, and the growing Cherokee / Red Fork formation in the Anadarko Basin,” Producers Midstream CEO Matt Flory said. “This milestone underscores our commitment to delivering innovative and reliable midstream solutions to meet the evolving needs of upstream operators.”

The credit facility will give way to the capacity to fund development projects across not only the company’s existing asset base in the Mid-Continent/Eastern Permian Basin, but also its growth projects in the Delaware Basin. The credit facility will also be used to complete the company’s gathering, treating, and processing system in Lea County, New Mexico.

Dallas-based Pickleball Concept At Fault Launches First Location in Farmers Branch

At Fault’s indoor courts

Amidst the pickleball boom, another concept is coming to North Texas in the form of At Fault, which couples food and beverage offerings with indoor and outdoor pickleball courts. At least three more Dallas-area locations are on the horizon over the next two years for the company.

“At Fault offers players a truly dynamic and exciting pickleball, dining, and social experience,” Co-founder Bo Oh said. “The retro vibe brings a touch of nostalgia, blending the fun of an old-school club with best-in-class technology, so whether you’re here for a drink or a game, At Fault has something to offer.”

At Fault is a 3,600-square-foot facility in Farmers Branch. The kitchen is led by Chef John Franke, whose other kitchens includes Son of Butcher, Sixty Vines, Velvet Taco, and Mexican Sugar. Up to 150 people can dine in the restaurant.

“At Fault Dallas offers an unparalleled experience for everyone, whether you’re on the court or just want to enjoy the atmosphere,” Co-founder Chris Kostoulas, said. “Our state-of-the-art technology lets players relive every incredible or hilarious shot, while our top-notch food and drinks turn every visit into something special.”
