The developers of Westchester Crossing (the former United Hospital) will install an expanded sanitary sewer system between High Street and Olivia Street, begin the process of establishing the bypass road that will take motorists from Boston Post Road to High Street (when traveling in the southbound lane), and perform traffic improvements within the corridor pursuant to the terms of their New York State permit.
Exercise caution and plan ahead if you have to be in the area over the next several months- only one lane of traffic will be open in each direction most days between 8 AM to 4 PM (M-F).
