  • Tom Ayers and Big Sky Ranch Hamptons, the Bridgehampton property known to many simply as Nova’s Ark, are one of just two cannabis cultivation operations currently operating in Southampton Town. Big Sky Ranch grows and produces a variety of cannabis products marketed under the brand name The Ladies, for the property’s owners, Tundra Wolf and Luna Shanaman. MICHAEL WRIGHT

  • The property at 2183 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton, just west of Citarella, has been secured by L Train Agency LLC, which has a pending application for a cannabis retail sales license.

  • New York State Office of Cannabis Management has issued a “microbusiness” license to Sagg Main Farms LLC, which is registered at 50 Sagg Main Street, the property just to the south of Loaves & Fishes. The microbusiness license allows for an operator to grow a limited amount marijuana plants, produce their own cannabis products and sell them at an on-site retail shop. MICHAEL WRIGHT
