OCONOMOWOC — Another new-to-Oconomowoc business has been proposed for the Olympia Fields area — Caribou Coffee.

Plans for the approximately 1,800-square-foot coffee shop at 1445 Olympia Fields Drive will be discussed at Wednesday’s Architectural Commission meeting at 4:45 p.m. and then again at the Plan Commission at 6 p.m. The plans call for a drive-thru lane and outdoor seating.

Also on the Architectural Commission meeting agenda are building plans for Shorewest Realtors for an office building at 1229 Robruck Drive. The proposed plans call for a 7,970square-foot office building with construction starting this year and occupation by late 2026.

The project will not exceed 109 dwelling units, including some duplex units. The overall density, according to meeting documents, is 1.6 dwelling units per acre.
