The Sapphire Reserve Lounge includes: complimentary food and beverage curated by Chef Sebastian Vargas of Grassfed Culture Hospitality’s Krüs Kitchen and Los Félix, an always-on cash bar including a complimentary drink token per day/per person, premium programming and gifting, comfortable seating and much more.
The menu curated by Chef Sebastian Vargas of Krüs Kitchen and Los Félix will feature locally sourced, fresh ingredients and responsibly sourced seafood. The raw bar and the passed bites reflect Grassfed’s commitment to sustainability and reduced waste. These eco-conscious offerings also offer a glimpse of Grassfed’s upcoming venture, Füm Atlanta, opening Summer 2025.
