Creation and QuarterMoore broke ground on Harbor Park, a two-building industrial complex spanning 9.69 acres in Glendale, which is already 67% pre-leased to PODS Phoenix. Located on Glen Harbor Boulevard in the Glen Harbor industrial submarket, Harbor Park will feature two single-story industrial buildings totaling approximately 163,364 square feet. One building is being constructed as a build-to-suit for PODS Phoenix, while the second will be a speculative freestanding facility available for lease or sale. The speculative building will offer 54,499 square feet of space.
LGE Design Build is spearheading the construction and design of Harbor Park. Leasing efforts are being led by Anthony Lydon, John Lydon, Kelly Royle and Hagen Hyatt of JLL. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2026.
Creation’s recently completed, underway, or planned projects include Thunderbird Commerce Park and The Loop in Scottsdale; Park Algodon in Phoenix; Source Business Center and Nexus Commerce Center in Tempe; Heritage Park in Gilbert; and The Switchyard in Queen Creek.
