Young Latinos from across the United States are invited to apply to the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship to study culinary arts at the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) beginning in July 2025. This unique scholarship includes full tuition and all supplies, as well as mentorship from Chef Aarón Sánchez and his network of hospitality industry professionals.
