Documents filed in Dallas County revealed that the accuser’s attorney submitted a request for a “non-suit without prejudice,” indicating a voluntary withdrawal from the case with the option to re-file in the future.
Yoel Zehaie, representing the accuser, clarified that this action was taken to relocate the legal proceedings for convenience, aligning with Prescott’s countersuit in Collin County alleging extortion.
In response to the developments, Prescott’s attorney, Levi McCathern, reiterated the quarterback’s denial of the allegations.
