The Hispanic Heritage Month Festival celebrated Hispanic culture Tuesday at Texarkana College. Gorditas, traditional Mexican snacks and other foods were available for purchase. Tickets were given to attendees for two free tacos from Juanito’s Taco Truck. Vendors shared information on local businesses.
