Harry Norman, REALTORS®, promoted Senior Vice President of Marketing and Technology Luke Trigwell to COO.
In his new position, Trigwell will collaborate with regional and corporate leaders from Harry Norman’s parent company, HomeServices of America, as well as local leadership, to improve the client and agent experience.
“Over the last five years, Luke’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the growth and innovation of Harry Norman, REALTORS®,” President and CEO Jenni Bonura said in a press release. “His expertise has elevated our organization in meaningful ways, and his strategic ability has advanced our brand and helped to further connect the dots between the company, our agents and the local communities we serve.”
Trigwell’s promotion comes as Harry Norman celebrates its 95th year in business. The brokerage plans to host events and programs celebrating the milestone throughout 2025.
Before joining Harry Norman in 2019, Trigwell worked at Coca-Cola, Nokia and NBC Universal. At Harry Norman, Trigwell has led a technology-stack revamp, strategic restructuring of marketing operations and the launch of a luxury-services division. He serves on the Marketing Technology Advisory Council for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and was recognized in RISMEDIA’s Real Estate Newsmakers as a futurist in 2023 and a Trailblazer this year.
