A cast member since The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 1, Heather Gay hasn’t been shy about sharing her unique life with friends and viewers. She’s an author, a business owner, a mom, and really good at uncovering receipts. So of course we had to put together a collection of merch that celebrates her.
One of the most famous remarks-turned-running jokes on RHOSLC involves Heather. Early in Season 1, cast member Lisa Barlow talked about knowing Heather from before joining the show, adding that she heard she was a “good time girl” while they both attended Brigham Young University and mimed lifting up her shirt. At the time, Heather was offended by the implication, but the phrase has since become a staple of the show. Kind of like Angie Katsanevas and her giant sunglasses. Heather jokes about it to this day. There’s even a Good Time Girl facial available at Beauty Lab and Laser.
So if you’re ready to join the “Good Time Girls Club,” it’s as easy as grabbing one of the on-theme items below.

Speaking of iconic moments, Heather has a quip from the Season 4 finale that made headlines and the official Congressional record. You know the one, and it’s also on the IYKYK shirt as seen above: Her Receipts! Proof! Timeline! Screenshots! F-cking everything! reveal on the beach in Bermuda. There, she had gathered fellow RHOSLC cast members Lisa, Meredith Marks, and Whitney Rose to share that proof that Monica Garcia had been partially responsible for an Instagram account that had been discussing the group since the show first aired.
At a group dinner later that night, Heather stood up and dramatically let everyone know what she’d uncovered, punctuating it with hand gestures. It was a Housewives confrontation for the ages. Instantly iconic.
But what isn’t with Heather? Of course, we can’t talk about the multi-hyphenate without talking about her New York Times bestselling memoir, Bad Mormon. The book was an extremely personal project for Heather, one that excavated her relationships to her family and her faith. It was also a source of tension between Heather and her cousin Whitney throughout RHOSLC Season 4.
If you haven’t gotten a chance to read it yet, we have good news: You can grab a copy for yourself right here!
