Houston St. Thomas came away victorious at the TAPPS state wrestling championships on Saturday.

Behind individual wins from Pierce Ricthey, Behzod Rakhmatov, Jackson Vaughn, Grant Hay and Jet Rank, St. Thomas edged out second-place League City Bay Area Christian.

Bishop Lynch finished third with individual wins from Kane Preskitt, Marc Davila and heavyweight Asher Wheatley.

Temple Central Texas Christian and Fort Worth All Saints rounded out the top five.
