June 25, 2024 – Seabolt Real Estate recently added Sales Associate Jeremy Harlas to the firm. In his new role, Harlas will continue the Seabolt Real Estate tradition of providing exceptional service to Savannah-area buyers and sellers, offering insight into the local market while leveraging the firm’s luxury network affiliations.

“Jeremy is a wonderful addition to our team of talented real estate professionals and brings a unique perspective as a U.S. Army veteran,” said Elaine Seabolt, Broker-in-Charge and founder of Seabolt Real Estate, the exclusive coastal Georgia affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. “He is highly motivated and dedicated to providing the best possible service for his clients, including military families who are relocating to the area.”

Harlas specializes in military relocations in Savannah, Richmond Hill and Hinesville, including soldiers and their families stationed at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. He is a licensed agent in Georgia, a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and a certified Home Finance Resource (HFR) who is well versed in residential loans, mortgages and alternative home financing options.

Prior to joining Seabolt Real Estate, Harlas served in the U.S. Army as a brigade engineer for the 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade, where he coordinated infrastructure and planned development at Fort Stewart in Hinesville, Ga. During his military career, he served as a task force engineer with the 2-7 Infantry’s 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team and as a platoon leader with the 10th Brigade Engineer Battalion’s 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team.

Originally from Las Cruces, N.M., Harlas earned an M.S. in Geological Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology as well as an M.S. in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University. He is also a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP) and has resided in Savannah, Ga. for more than five years.

Since 2006, Seabolt Real Estate has raised the standard for luxury real estate in Savannah, Ga., representing clients at every price point. Built on a legacy of integrity and a commitment to exceeding client expectations, Seabolt Real Estate boasts an accomplished team of agents who understand that buying a home is one of the most important decisions a person will make over the course of their lifetime. The firm works to earn client trust, one transaction at a time.

Under the leadership of Broker and founder Elaine Seabolt, Seabolt Real Estate has garnered the respect of clients across Georgia and around the world. Privately owned but affiliated with all major global networks, Seabolt Real Estate has had numerous properties featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Mansion Global, HGTV and other top media outlets.
