FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Latino Networking FM and The Indigenous Association are coming together to give their communities a great chance to come together.
They’ll be hosting a Latino Holiday Potluck Party at The Indigenous Association in Fargo, where attendees can build bonds while breaking bread.
They say that the events they host have helped connect people across the Latino community to share business opportunities and help make their voices heard.
For an often overlooked part of our community, they say that this type of networking has been crucial in building connections.
“This last event we just had at MSUM, and there was a college kid that came and attended, and he said “I didn’t even know there was this many latinos in the community.” So really what our focus is is connecting and bringing people together, because, we’re there, we have businesses, we’re growing, we’re just not connecting.”
The Indigenous Association added that they have also been excited to partner with Latino Networking FM and work on sharing their cultural heritage.
