Everybody knows Mindy Kaling. The Emmy-nominated multi-hyphenate is responsible for writing, creating, and/or starring in one (or more!) of your favorite shows—The Mindy Project, Never Have I Ever, The Office, Running Point … you get the picture. Her new series, Hulu’s Not Suitable For Work, is loosely based on Mindy’s own coming-of-age experience navigating her early twenties in New York, and what she sees as the third part to a trilogy of shows about her younger years.
While her new show is set in NYC, Mindy has been calling Los Angeles her home for the past two decades. And when she’s working on one of her many hit shows, she’s probably enjoying a freshly baked pastry or moonlighting as a food critic during her lunch break. These are her spots.
