The Houston Business Journal has named Norton Rose Fulbright’s US Chief People and Development Officer Julie Tran (Houston) to its 2025 40 Under 40 list.

The annual 40 Under 40 awards program recognizes professionals under the age of 40 for their outstanding accomplishments, demonstrated leadership and community contributions.

Julie oversees more than 85 professionals on the firm’s recruiting, legal talent management, talent development, human resources and office administration teams. She works closely with firm leaders on strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience, foster a collaborative workplace and drive innovation across all people-related functions.

As a first-generation professional, Julie is committed to giving back to her community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Gee Family Association Education Fund of Greater Houston, a nonprofit organization that supports the educational aspirations of Houston-area students and professionals of Asian descent.

Honorees will be celebrated at an awards ceremony and profiled in a special print edition of the publication and on the website in July.
