MIAMI — Florida Atlantic women’s golf will begin its fall campaign Monday at the FIU Pat Bradley Invitational, teeing off at Trump National Doral’s Red Tiger Course. The 54-hole event, played over two days, marks the start of a new season for a team blending familiar faces with fresh talent.

The Lineup
Head coach Heather Young’s opening lineup features three returners and two newcomers. Juniors Charlotte Perkins and Giulia Scarcello, along with sophomore Nancy Cox, provide continuity from last season. Graduate senior Carolin Alblas, a transfer from NAIA powerhouse Keiser University, and freshman Tina Genoulaz of France round out the group, giving the Owls both experience and international perspective.

The Course
The Red Tiger Course, a par-72 stretching 6,395 yards, presents a demanding but fair test. Known for its narrow fairways and strategic water hazards, it rewards precision and patience — qualities the Owls will need in abundance.

The Field
This year’s tournament includes 12 teams and 71 individual golfers. Florida Gulf Coast, ranked No. 73 nationally at the close of the 2024–25 season, enters as the highest-ranked program in the field. For the Owls, the event offers both an early benchmark and an opportunity to establish momentum against regional competition.

Play will open with 36 holes on Monday, beginning at 8 a.m. in a shotgun start. The final round, also a shotgun start, will follow on Tuesday morning.

Looking Ahead
For Young, the first event of the fall is as much about evaluation as it is about results. Integrating new talent while testing veterans in competition will help shape a season that stretches deep into the spring.

Fans can follow live hole-by-hole scoring on the Clippd Scoreboard. For complete coverage, Florida Atlantic women’s golf updates are available on X and Instagram (@FAUWGolf).
