Pasadena-based Pacific Oaks College will host a Virtual Open House on Thursday, November 7, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Rooted in Quaker principles, Pacific Oaks offers bachelor’s and master’s programs in fields such as early childhood education, human development, marriage and family therapy, and organizational leadership.

The Virtual Open House event aims to connect prospective students with deans and core faculty members through specialized breakout sessions, providing detailed information about the college’s academic offerings.
For the 2024-2025 academic year, participants will learn about financial assistance options, including institutional scholarships for new students, donor scholarships for current students, Pell Grants, Cal Grants for California residents, and federal work-study programs.
Established in 1958, Pacific Oaks College originated from the Pacific Oaks Friends School, founded in 1945 by seven Quaker families aiming to develop an educational approach based on equality, simplicity, nonviolence, and community.
