Ryan Companies together with Principal Asset Management completed Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark, a business park comprised of three buildings totaling more than 432,000 square feet. It’s located at the northwest corner of Queen Creek and McQueen roads. The three buildings include speculative office suites.
Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark is located minutes away from Chandler Municipal Airport and is near the Loop 101 and 202 interchanges, Arizona State Route 87, and Interstate 10. Nearby corporate users include Intel, FedEx, Amazon, Footprint and several other industrial and logistics related users supporting the Chandler economic ecosystem.
Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark was built and developed by Ryan. Steve Larsen, Pat Harlan, Jason Moore and Katie White of JLL have been selected to market and lease the project.
Larsen added, “The development aligns with the region’s continued expansion as a logistics and technology hub, making it a pivotal piece in Chandler’s industrial landscape.”
