The Los Angeles Rams are seeking an innovative and strategic Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics & Consumer Insights to lead the organization’s marketing and media analytics function, transforming data into a competitive advantage through sophisticated methodologies that produce meaningful insights and recommendations. This leader will define and execute the Rams analytics vision, develop a multi-year analytics roadmap that includes capitalizing on AI investment, and partner with senior leadership to drive data-informed decision making that improves fan engagement, operational effectiveness, and revenue growth. In addition, they will partner with ticketing, sponsorship, and community teams to produce models, performance and market analysis, and presentation materials.
