Akin is an accredited/approved CLE provider in California, New York, and Texas.  There are some states that offer reciprocity with these states:  Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Montana, New Jersey, and North Dakota.   Akin’s procedure is to provide Uniform CLE Certificates of Attendance to attendees for other states to assist attending attorneys from other states in a self-application process.
