DENVER, May 8, 2025 — Telgian Engineering & Consulting, LLC (TEC), a global firm specializing in fire protection engineering, life safety, and security risk consulting, has expanded its operations with the opening of a new office in Denver, Colorado.

In Brief:
  • Telgian opens new Denver office amid rising client demand
  • Denver hub boosts access to fire protection and life safety
  • Paul Seifert named regional practice leader for the West
  • Office to offer full suite of code, risk and safety services

The Denver location will serve as a regional hub, allowing the company to more efficiently support a widening portfolio of projects with its comprehensive and cost-effective safety solutions.

To lead the new office, TEC has appointed Paul Seifert, P.E., as regional practice leader. Seifert brings over seven years of experience in fire protection and life safety engineering and is actively involved with key industry organizations, including the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) and both the National and American Fire Sprinkler Associations (NFSA and AFSA).

“Our clients are asking for more localized support and access to expert resources as they grow and expand, and we are responding,” said Leonard Ramo, PE, P.Eng., CFPS, president of TEC. “Opening a Denver office and bringing Paul on board are key steps in ensuring we continue to meet—and exceed—those expectations.”

The Denver office will offer TEC’s full suite of services, including fire protection engineering, code consulting, emergency management and security risk assessments, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet complex regulatory and safety needs.
